Just a quick mail to thank all concerned for the truly exceptional service I've received from you this week, I really thought service of this high standard had long since disappeared. To send the item one day, be called with an offer the next and receive a cheque on the third day is almost a miracle - particularly given the Royal Mail were involved on two of these days (and the distance I am from you). I telephoned you first as I was not quite sure of the procedure. You explained exactly how to send my gold by insured mail. I posted my gold at 3:30 pm on Friday and I received a phone call from you at 10am on Saturday. Making me an offer which was at the price you advertised on your website. I accepted your offer and received my cheque on the next working day. Having had doorstep buyers trying to convince me that I would not get the price offered on the internet. C Martin Oh my goodness, I don't know how to praise u highly enough for the excellent service u provided. I had sent my scrap gold to Scrap Gold UK they gave me a fair price until...they wanted almost 10% of my money as a stupid refining charge commission! I was horrified as I didn't realise they charged that much. after a hefty £380 charge I was only left with £3,525 however, when I got my gold back and sent it to Lois I was offered a much better price PLUS NO commission!! I went away £4060 richer and I still cant stop smiling!!
